Sally: Welcome to the Roswell-tree training blog! We are excited to add an additional fun way to train (or talk about training) for the big event.
My goals for this year’s Roswell-tree include completing the 10k and winning my division, having a lot of fun with good friends and colleagues, and raising money for the Atlanta Community Food Bank! I just love the win/win/win approach!
Vanessa: I love to win! I’ve already picked out my winning division for this year! Let’s get started by going to breakfast at J.Christopher’s. We’ll need the energy to get our first workout done.
Sally: What a great idea. We can walk up to J. Christopher’s and count the trip as part of our training mileage!

ooooh! How exciting… I can’t wait.
I’m going to have to either engage in an intense training schedule to get my bones back in squeak-less order; or I’ll have to use the hazardous volume as part of my strategy to distract the other competitors in my division… mwa, ha, ha, ha… I are a genius!
